A high reliability block erase algorithm for NOR flash memory

In order to reduce the over ease of NOR flash memory, a novel high reliability block erase algorithm which increases over erased automatically correcting mechanism is proposed. And then, the state machine takes the output of the control circuit to generate the proper timing sequence with over erased automatically correcting so as to achieve the purpose of block erase.
