Abstract
To solve the problem of low conductivity of manganese dioxide electrode, a novel array cathode material was prepared by anchoring ultrathin MnO2nanosheets on metal organic framework-derived N-doped carbon nanowall array grown on carbon cloth (CC@CN@MnO2). The unique 2D substrate enables to improve the conductivity, furthermore, the ultrathin MnO2nanosheets can provide shortened electronic/ion diffusion paths. The morphology of the material were analyzed by SEM. The electrochemical characteristics of the material were investigated by galvanostatic charge-discharge test. The results show that Zn//CC@CN@MnO2 battery delivers admire capacity of 310.5 mA·h/g at 100 mA/g, superior rate capability of 115.6 mA·h/g at 5 A/g.
