Abstract
This research is mainly based on the problem of high natural frequency and vibration coupling of a suspension system. Firstly, this paper uses ADAMS software to establish the dynamics model of powertrain mount system. Then the sensitivity of the suspension stiffness parameters is analyzed with the natural frequency configuration as the constraint condition and the maximum decoupling rate as the objective function. Finally, according to the sensitivity analysis results and energy distribution matrix, the stiffness and decoupling ratio of the suspension system is optimized. The optimization results show that the decoupling rate is greatly improved under the premise that the stiffness combination meets the actual engineering requirements. It provides the basis for the determination of optimal optimization variables and reduces the difficulty and cost of existing product improvement.
