Abstract
With Raspberry Pi 3B as the main control center, the measurement and control system of FAIMS gas sensor based on QT is designed. Itg Insigh is used to map the two-dimensional FAIMS spectrum values under various RF voltages to the color and depth of the points on the plane, and the thermal map rendering technology is used to render the fingerprint. With acetone as the test sample, the experiment was conducted under the conditions that the compensated voltage scanning range was -10~10 V, the carrier gas was nitrogen, and the flow rate was 1.98 L/min. The results show that the FAIMS gas sensor can automatically draw the fingerprint spectrum and identify the spectral peak parameters. It has the characteristics of small size, high sensitivity, short detection time and low power consumption.
