Optical properties of Mn-doped CsxRb1−xCdCl3 provskites and hmidity sability

  • 摘要: 利用简单的溶剂法在室温条件下合成了一系列的x%Mn:CsCdCl3钙钛矿材料,并通过结构和光学性能表征研究了不同Mn2+离子掺杂浓度对CsCdCl3结构和光学性能的影响。通过A位Rb合金化对其光学性能进行调控。实验结果表明,Mn2+离子掺杂可有效增强CsCdCl3的光致发光强度,当Mn2+离子掺杂浓度为1%时,光致发光强度达到最大;少量Rb+离子的引入可进一步增强CsCdCl3的光致发光强度,当Cs/Rb比为3:1时,达到最大。此外,在相对湿度为100%的环境中处理样品5 h,根据其光致发光强度的变化可知,与未合金化的1%Mn:CsCdCl3相比,合金化的1%Mn:Cs0.75Rb0.25CdCl3样品具有相对较好的湿度稳定性。

     

    Abstract: A series of x%Mn:CsCdCl3 perovskite materials were synthesized by a simple solvent method at room temperature, and the structure and optical properties of the CsCdCl3 with different Mn2+ ion doping concentration were studied through the characterization of the structure and optical properties. On this basis, the A-site Rb alloying further regulates its optical properties. The results show that low-concentration Mn2+ ion doping can effectively enhance the photoluminescence (PL) emission intensity of CsCdCl3, and the intensity reaches the maximum when the Mn2+ ion doping concentration is 1%. Further, Rb alloying at the A site show that the introduction of a small amount of Rb+ ions can further enhance the PL quantum yields (QY) of CsCdCl3, reaching the maximum when the Cs/Rb ratio is 3:1. In addition, compared with the PL intensity after treatment for 5 h in an environment with a relative humidity of 100%, the stability of alloyed 1%Mn:Cs0.75Rb0.25CdCl3 sample has a relatively higher level than the unalloyed 1%Mn:CsCdCl3 sample.
