基于CST粒子工作室的熔炼电子枪发生系统的仿真

Simulation on the generating system of melting electron gun based on CST particle studio

  • 摘要: 为了给熔炼电子枪设计验证和改进提供理论依据,利用CST粒子工作室对某型熔炼电子枪的电子发生系统进行仿真验证,获得了在加速电压为30 kV,阴、阳极曲率半径比值为2.2的电子枪的导流系数、束流形态以及最小束流直径(束腰)。仿真结果与理论计算对比分析表明,二者在误差允许范围内近似相等。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for the design verification and improvement of the melting electron gun, the CST particle studio is applied to simulate some type of generating system of melting electron gun. The perveance, the beam flow pattern, and the minimum bunch flow diameter (waist) of the electron gun are obtained at the acceleration voltage of 30 kV and a cathode/anode radius of curvature ratio for 2.2.The comparison of simulation result and theoretical calculation shows that both are approximately equal within the allowed error range.
