微波烧结钛酸钡陶瓷的微观结构及介电性能

Microstructure and dielectric properties of barium titanate ceramics prepared by microwave sintering

  • 摘要: 为了提高BaTiO3陶瓷的性能, 以固相法合成的高四方相钛酸钡粉体为原料, 采用微波烧结法和传统烧结法制备了钛酸钡陶瓷, 通过XRD、SEM、XPS、LCR分析仪对样品进行表征, 并分析了微波烧结与传统烧结制备的钛酸钡陶瓷的成分偏析差别。实验结果表明, 微波烧结制备的钛酸钡陶瓷颗粒尺寸均匀, 界面处Ba原子偏析少, 因而钛酸钡陶瓷的常温介电常数得到显著的提升。经微波1 100 ℃烧结2 h的钛酸钡陶瓷的颗粒尺寸为1 μm, 其在10 kHz下的常温介电常数为5 688, 介电损耗为0.021, 而经传统1 250 ℃烧结2 h的钛酸钡陶瓷断面未出现明显颗粒, 其在10 kHz下的常温介电常数仅为3 257, 介电损耗为0.021。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of BaTiO3 cermics, barium titanate ceramics were prepared by microwave sintering method, using barium titanate powder synthesized by solid-state method as raw material. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, LCR analyzer. And the differences between the composition segregation of barium titanate ceramic particles prepared by microwave sintering and traditional sintering were also analyzed. The results show that the barium titanate ceramic particles prepared by microwave sintering are uniform in size and the Ba atom at the interface is less segregation. So the room temperature dielectric constant of barium titanate ceramic is significantly improved. The particle size of barium titanate ceramics microwave sintered at 1 100 ℃ for 2 h is about 1 μm. And its dielectric constant at room temperature at 10 kHz is 5 688, and the dielectric loss is 0.021. The section of barium titanate ceramic that has been conventional sintered at 1 250 ℃ for 2 h does not have obvious particles, which is the dielectric constant at room temperature at 10 kHz is only 3 257, and the dielectric loss is 0.021.
