Abstract:
In order to better analyze and study WEDM technology, combined with the research progress of scholars at home and abroad, the influence law of WEDM process parameters on process indexes and the optimization method of process parameters are comprehensively analyzed and summarized. The effects of pulse width, discharge gap, current and voltage on process parameters in WEDM were analyzed by single factor experiment. The influence of non-electric parameters such as wire transport speed, power amplifier tube, frequency conversion value and electrode wire on the process index is systematically analyzed. Under the coupling effect of multiple parameters, the influences of each parameter on the important process parameters and the optimization of process parameters were analyzed. The results showed that the influence of electrical parameters on cutting speed and surface roughness was more obvious than that of non-electrical parameters. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influence of electric spark wire-cutting process parameters on process indexes in recent years, and provides useful reference for the development of wire-cutting technology.
