无线传感器网络环境监测系统设计与实现

Design and implement of wireless sensor network for greenhouse environmental monitoring system

  • 摘要: 针对洁净厂房环境监测系统存在的扩展性差、智能化程度低等问题,提出一个基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的洁净厂房环境监测系统。该系统设计了传感器模块、ZigBee组网模块、网关模块、安卓APP监测界面,研究了系统采集数据的准确性以及无线传感器网络覆盖率,对传感器模块采集的环境数据进行滤波处理,采用改进的虚拟力算法对组网模块布局进行优化,最后对系统进行了测试实验。实验结果表明,该系统实现了远程监测温湿度、气压、PM2.5数据,且监测数据真实可靠,改进的虚拟力算法提高了无线传感器网络覆盖率。该系统可以广泛应用于各种环境监测领域。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor expansion and low intelligence in the environmental monitoring system of clean workshop, a new environmental monitoring system is proposed. The sensor module, ZigBee networking module, gateway module and Android APP monitoring interface are designed and implemented. The accuracy of the data collected by the system and the coverage rate of wireless sensor network are studied. The environment data collected by the sensor module is filtered and the improved virtual force algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the networking module. Finally, the test experiment is carried out on the system. The results show that the system can realize the remote monitoring of temperature, humidity, air pressure, PM2.5 data, and the data is true and reliable, the improved virtual force algorithm can effectively improve the coverage of wireless sensor networks. The system can be widely applied to various environmental monitoring areas.
