Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor expansion and low intelligence in the environmental monitoring system of clean workshop, a new environmental monitoring system is proposed. The sensor module, ZigBee networking module, gateway module and Android APP monitoring interface are designed and implemented. The accuracy of the data collected by the system and the coverage rate of wireless sensor network are studied. The environment data collected by the sensor module is filtered and the improved virtual force algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the networking module. Finally, the test experiment is carried out on the system. The results show that the system can realize the remote monitoring of temperature, humidity, air pressure, PM2.5 data, and the data is true and reliable, the improved virtual force algorithm can effectively improve the coverage of wireless sensor networks. The system can be widely applied to various environmental monitoring areas.
