一体式短程硝化−厌氧氨氧化用于含氮废水处理的挑战与策略

Challenges and strategies for integrated short-cut nitrification-anaerobic ammonia oxidation in nitrogen-rich wastewater treatment

  • 摘要: 一体式短程硝化−厌氧氨氧化(PN/A)技术因其高效节能、建设和运行成本低、占地面积小、污泥产量少等优势,广泛应用于脱氮过程,成为含氮废水处理领域的研究焦点和热点。基于此,对一体式PN/A工艺的原理、应用现状及目前面临的主要挑战进行了综述。针对阻碍实现工程化应用的厌氧氨氧化菌(AnAOB)富集生长慢、污泥易流失、亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(NOB)难抑制等问题进行了分析,并提出其解决策略。推进一体式PN/A在低氨氮废水领域的工程化应用、低温条件下一体式PN/A工艺的稳定运行策略、AnAOB的有效富集和保护载体的研发,建立系统关键因子耦合调控模型,推进工艺的精准自动化调控,是未来一体式PN/A的研究重点。

     

    Abstract: The integrated partial nitritation anaerobic ammonia oxidation (PN/A) technology is gaining significant traction in nitrogen-containing wastewater treatment due to its cost-effectiveness, small footprint, and minimal sludge production. Therefore, this review presents a thorough examination of the principles, current applications, and predominant challenges encountered in the integrated PN/A process. An analysis was conducted on challenges hindering the engineering application of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AnAOB), including slow growth, sludge loss, and difficulty in suppressing nitrite-oxidizing bacteria (NOB). Corresponding strategies for resolution were proposed. Enhancing the engineering implementation of integrated PN/A for low-ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment, establishing stable operation strategies for PN/A under low-temperature conditions, effective enrichment of AnAOB, developing protective carriers, and implementing a sophisticated automated control system by integrating pivotal factors for process enhancement constitute the future research priorities for integrated PN/A.
