低品位陶瓷原料集中制粉工艺研究

Study on the centralized milling process of low-grade ceramic raw materials

  • 摘要: 低品位陶瓷原料性能波动大,对陶瓷浆料、粉料的连续化生产造成很大影响。针对该问题,提出一种针对低品位陶瓷原料的集中制备工艺,主要包括原料预破碎、分层均化平铺、五连体连续球磨、混浆倒浆以及喷雾干燥工艺。定量分析了新型制备工艺下的砂石料、陶瓷浆料和粉料的性能指标,揭示了集中制粉工艺技术在低品位原料生产制备应用中的作用,形成了稳定、标准化的原料体系,最终制备出颗粒形态饱满、粒度分布均匀的粉料。在节能降本成效方面,日均成本节省30.61%,人力成本节省35%,设备成本节省58%,每年可综合节约成本近1000万元。该工艺对实现陶瓷集中制粉生产技术的开发与应用,推动陶瓷行业的转型升级具有重大意义。

     

    Abstract: The performance of low-grade ceramic raw materials fluctuates widely, significantly affecting the continuous production of ceramic slurries and powders. To address this issue, a centralized preparation process for low-grade ceramic raw materials is proposed, which mainly includes raw material pre-crushing, layering and homogenizing, continuous ball milling with five chambers, slurry pouring and spray drying. The performance indicators of sand and stone materials, ceramic slurries, and powders under the new preparation process are quantitatively analyzed, revealing the role of centralized powder production technology in the preparation and application of low-grade materials. A stable and standardized raw material system is formed, and powders with full particle morphology and uniform particle size distribution are eventually prepared. In terms of energy saving and cost reduction, the average daily cost can be reduced by 30.61%, labor costs by 35%, and equipment costs by 58%, resulting in comprehensive cost savings of nearly 10 million yuan per year. This process is of great significance for the development and application of centralized powder production technology in the ceramic industry, as well as for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry.
