基于离散元仿真的摆式磨机碾磨效率与磨损研究

Study on grinding efficiency and wear of pendulum mill based on discrete element simulation

  • 摘要: 为深入研究摆式磨机的碾磨效率和磨损规律,基于Rocky DEM离散元分析,设计了一次碾磨、总碾磨仿真实验。针对实际工况的料层变化和磨损量增加,设置5组磨辊磨环间隙,分别对装机状态(0 mm)、有料层状态(3、5、8 mm)和磨损极限状态(25 mm)进行仿真。结合碰撞频率和冲击功率能量谱分析,对碾磨效率和粒径占比进行比较,发现一次碾磨效率是获得高效碾磨的关键,碾磨效率和设备磨损随间隙变大而降低。随着间隙变大,一次碾磨效率分别为77.2%、53.1%、21.4%、6.1%和1.7%,总碾磨效率分别提高了1.3%、12.5%、7.6%、0.7%和0%,实际工况下应合理匹配磨机工作参数,以获得动态料层厚度控制。提出了胎型和圆台型磨辊的设计方案以减小磨辊的不均匀磨损,综合碾磨效率和磨损指标,推荐圆台型磨辊。本研究为摆式磨机的理论分析和优化提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the grinding and wear law of the pendulum mill, based on the rocky DEM discrete element simulation, one-time grinding and total grinding simulation tests have been carried out. As the material layer changes and wear increases under actual working conditions, five groups of grinding roller and grinding ring gaps are set: the initial installed state (0 mm), the material layer state (3、5、8 mm), and the wear limit state (25 mm). Combined with the impact frequency and impact power spectrum analysis, the grinding efficiency and wear decrease with the increase of the gap, and the yield of one-time grinding is the key to obtaining efficient grinding. The yield of one-time grinding is 77.2%、53.1%、21.4%、6.1% and 1.7% respectively, and the yield of total grinding is increased by 1.3%、12.5%、7.6%、0.7% and 0% respectively. Under the actual working conditions, the working parameters of the mill should be reasonably matched to obtain the dynamic material layer thickness control. The design schemes of tyre type and round table type grinding rollers are put forward, and the round table type scheme is recommended based on grinding efficiency and wear index. The research results provide ideas for the theoretical analysis and optimization of the pendulum mill.
