基于无线互联控制的电磁波成像及测量系统

Electromagnetic wave imaging and measurement system based on wireless transmission control

  • 摘要: 电磁波成像及测量设备具有价格昂贵、体积大、针对性强的特点。为了给教学和科研提供易用、廉价的便携式电磁波测量成像系统,设计了一种以矢量网络分析仪(VNA)为平台,基于无线互联控制的电磁波成像及测量系统。本系统使用手机或平板等移动设备作为信息显示客户端,以ESP8266物联模组为无线程控硬件基础,实时操作系统FreeRTos作为无线程控转发软件载体,实现全无线模式下数据及机电平台的互联控制测量。客户端通过无线网络与矢量网络分析仪、电机驱动控制电路相连,并进行参数设置与数据采集,再通过相应算法对采集的数据进行图像及滤波处理,实现电磁波成像及测量。系统以无线交互的方式使用户环境与精密仪器隔离,既保护了仪器,也降低了仪器的使用成本。实测结果表明,该测量系统能够准确地表征样品的表面波电场特性,测试结果与仿真结果相符。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide a portable electromagnetic wave measurement system scheme based on vector network analyzer (VNA) as a platform for teaching or Scientific research department, an electromagnetic wave imaging and measurement system based on wireless transmission control was designed. Through the mobile device as the client and the ESP8266 module as the server, the wireless transmission control of the measurement system is realized. The server is connected to the vector network analyzer and the motor drive control circuit for parameter setting and data acquisition, and processes the collected data through corresponding algorithms to realize electromagnetic wave imaging and measurement. The system uses wireless transmission for data interaction to isolate the user's test environment from the precision instrument, which not only protects the instrument, but also greatly improves the use efficiency of the instrument. The actual measurement results show that the test system can accurately image the surface wave of the object to be measured by electromagnetic waves, and the test results are consistent with the simulation.
