空间调制全偏振空域解调优化算法研究

  • 摘要: 空间调制全偏振成像是一种新型的同时全偏振成像技术,基于偏振的斯托克斯理论,通过稳态干涉的方法,将目标的全斯托克斯参数( S_0 、 S_1 、 S_2 和 S_3 )图像在空间上调制耦合成单幅干涉图。首先,基于空间调制型全偏振成像技术原理,从空间调制过程的物理机制出发,分析了全偏振信息的调制耦合机制和模型构建方法;然后,通过模板内部的超定线性方程组求解,给出了空域解调算法的具体实现方法;接着,基于斯托克斯基础理论,设计仿真偏振态图像和给定偏振态的实测图像;最后,对空域解调算法进行优化,通过仿真数据对算法进行仿真验证。具体实现方法为采用条件数判据确定模板的尺寸范围,并在范围内利用解调矩阵的条件数对模板尺寸进行优选,再利用该选型对开发的算法进行修正。基于仿真实验结果,采用结构相似度(SSIM)参数评价解调质量,结果表明基于解调矩阵条件数的优化能够提高系统的性能,验证了该方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Spatially modulated fully polarized imaging is a new type of simultaneous fully polarized imaging technology. Based on the Stokes theory of polarization, the image of the target with all stokes parameters (S0, S1, S2, S3) is spatially modulated and coupled into a single interferogram by steady-state interference method. The modulation coupling mechanism and model construction method of spatially modulated full polarization imaging were analyzed, and the corresponding demodulation algorithm was optimized, and the algorithm was simulated and verified by simulation data and measured full polarization information. Firstly, based on the basic theory of polarization and interference, the mathematical model of spatial modulation was given. Then, based on the spatial modulation mechanism of polarization interference of imaging information and the mathematical characteristics of the model, the basic principle of spatial reconstruction of fully polarized information was analyzed. By solving the overdetermined linear equations inside the template, the size range of the template was determined by using the condition number criterion, and the size of the template was optimized by using the condition number of demodulation matrix in the range, and the concrete implementation method of spatial demodulation algorithm was given. Finally, the polarization image was designed and simulated, the interferogram was modulated, and the developed algorithm was tested and analyzed. The structure similarity (SSIM) parameter is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the demodulation quality of the proposed algorithm.
